Physiology and Aging

Research Description:

Aging assigns to you the following responsibilities: : • Teach the Healthy Aging 1 Course each semester. Assist with student recruitment efforts. Dr. Anton’s teaching activities are equally impressive as his research accomplishments. Dr. Anton has served as the primary instructor for the course Health Promotion (CLP–7156) in the Spring of 2015, 2017, and 2019, 2021, which is offered on a bi-annual basis through the Department of Clinical and Health Psychology in the College of Public Health and Health Professions. In addition, he has also served as the Co-Instructor for courses offered through the College of Medicine: (1) Interdisciplinary Family Health, which is offered on an annual basis to all graduate students in the health professions of pharmacy, nursing, dentistry, and medicine. During the past three years, Dr. Anton has also taught an online course entitled Healthy Aging in the summer, fall, and spring semesters. This online course is offered by the Department of Physiology and Aging.
