2026 Cohort Information/Important Dates
Fall Orientation:
- July 9th – Zoom Pre-Orientation
- August 17th UF COM College-Wide Graduate Student Orientation (required)
- August 18th BMS Student Orientation (required)
- August 19th – 21st Individual Concentration Seminars (optional)
Registration
Please clear all holds as soon as possible and no later than the end of July. The program will register you for the required first year courses, but cannot do so until all holds are lifted. Your ONE.UF will direct you on how to resolve each hold. If you have any questions, please let us know.
Document Uploads and Employment Letter
The program will contact you regarding required document uploads for your hire. Graduate Assistants receive both a letter of admissions, and a letter of employment. Your hire needs to be completed as soon as possible to ensure you do not miss the first paycheck cycle.
Other Tasks and Resources
- Final Transcript to UF – Needs to be submitted prior to the end of your first semester.
- Tip: Do not wait!
- GatorONE: Do not request your card yet; this should happen after you are hired, as currently you will receive an affiliate card.
- Florida Residency Declaration – all out of state students should apply
- Health Care Insurance – all students are automatically enrolled in GatorGradCare
- Parking Permits – will be available the second week of August.
- Health Compliance Office – Immunization Hold
